Ingredients
- Mutton chops – 500 grams
- Onion – 2 medium, finely sliced
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
- Green chilies – 2, slit
- Curry leaves – a few
- Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
- Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Instruction
- Heat oil, sauté onions till golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies; cook briefly.
- Add tomatoes, cook till soft.
- Add spices and salt; mix well.
- Add mutton chops, sear, then pressure cook with water.
- Open, simmer to thicken, add garam masala, garnish, and serve.
